I live locally in Glossop. I love this area and I want to continue working with you all to change our failing national politics. I’ve already shown that I know how to get things done.
But what happens next comes down to your vote.
You’ve seen the polls. Your vote isn’t going to change the national result. But it will decide who represents you as your local MP.
The choice is between Labour’s London Lawyer candidate, who only moved here a few months ago and has boasted about being “blindly loyal” to the Labour Party line or me, High Peak’s local champion.
So this is my contract with you. No matter who is in power in Westminster, I will always be your voice, I will always stand up for your values – and I will always get things done for the High Peak.
I appreciate you might not want to vote Conservative nationally. But lots of local people, including lifelong Labour voters, are voting for me because of my strong local record and because they don’t want to give Keir Starmer a blank cheque.
Please think very carefully about what will be best for our area and lend me your vote today here in the High Peak!
